Change an order:
If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so before the items are dispatched.
Though you can cancel items from your current order, you cannot replace them with new ones. A separate order will have to be placed.
If your delivery address is no longer valid, please let us know as soon as possible so we can make the change before we dispatch your order.Once your order has been dispatched, we will be unable to make this change.

Our Products:
All items sold on our site are new.
An unwrapped product does not indicate that it is used. This is simply due to the fact that the record industries don't always wrap all of their products anymore.
Our merchandise is in perfect condition when it leaves our loading docks. We are in no way responsible for damages that could occur during transport (ie: cracked casing).
Our items are imported from the all over the World, which can bring on subsequent delivery delays.

Returns:
