| How can I obtain an invoice? |

You can obtain a copy of your invoice yourself either by printing the confirmation e-mail sent to you by Amazon or by going to Your Account on the Amazon site.
Caiman does not issue invoices. |
| Can I edit my order? |
 |
|
Unfortunately, you cannot add new items to your current order. A separate order will have to be placed through Amazon.
It is also impossible to replace current items them with new ones. You can cancel items from your current order and create a separate order for the replacement item(s). |
How can I cancel my order? |

To cancel an order, or an item from your order, go to http://www.caiman.com or send us an email at info@caiman.com
If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so before the items are dispatched from our loading dock. |
| What happens if I cancel my order? |
 |
|
If you have decided to cancel your order, the amount paid to Amazon will be completely reimbursed (item price + P&P) in the days following your cancellation. |

If the item you received is faulty or doesn't match the one you ordered, you can return it to us.
We are in no way responsible for damages that could occur during transport (ie: cracked casing). |

| Why are certain items not available right away? |
 |
|
Our catalogue contains more than 2.000.000 items which obviously does not allow us to have everything in stock at once.
If part of your order must come from one of our suppliers, a few days must be added to our average delivery time (some of our products are ordered from international suppliers which can take a little more time). We therefore dispatch these items to you a few days later. |
| How can I know if my order has been dispatched? |

| An alert e-mail is sent to you as soon as your package has been dispatched. You can also check your order status on the Caiman site. |
| How can I give feedback on Caiman? |
 |
|
| To give feedback on Caiman, sign in to Amazon and click on Your Account. In the section marked “Where’s My Stuff” click Leave Seller Feedback. From there you will be able to select which order you wish to comment on. |
| Why does Amazon say the items "usually dispatch in 1-2 business days"? |
 |

The 2 days indicate the availability, meaning the delay between the time you place your order and the time the items are dispatched to you. Therefore, it does not represent the total time it takes to receive your order. |
| My item has arrived and it isn’t shrink-wrapped. Is it used? |
 |

All items sold on our site are new.
An unwrapped product does not indicate that it is used. This is simply due to the fact that record labels don't shrink wrap all of their products anymore. |
| As a company, I wish to place a large order. Do you offer any special deals? |
 |

Unfortunately, we cannot address this type of request at the moment. We are currently working on making this option available soon. |
